Email Addresses:
Email addresses are optional to create the account. But it is recommended to add email address to your account to prevail additional support like resetting password. The email address will be used to notify you with any major changes regarding privacy policy or terms of use of application, sending new password in case old password is forgotten. Other users cannot search you by your email, nor would it be displayed on your shared board unless explicitly set so in user edits

If you login using your gmail authentication, in that case, we collect your email and first/last name associated with the gmail account. We do not capture any additional information such as age, gender, contacts etc.

Email address will not be shared with any third parties, including advertising companies. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Age and related information:
Only users who are 13 years old or more can open Trouvr account. However, we do not actively collect information about user's age. By creating an account, the user acknowleges that s/he meets the age requirement as the users can share their notes and tips with others, and view other user created content.

Log Files:
Trouvr may store logs related to application usage such as user login time, data changes and access information. Application may also collect data such as IP addresses, type of browser, ISP, pattern of browser usage which will help in analyzing application usage, trend, and decide on new functionalities. None of this information will be shared with third party applications.

Cookies:
Trouvr uses cookies and session data to store session level information in cookies essential for application and navigating from one page to another. If you disable cookies, you may be prevented from accessing Trouvr account. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers' respective websites.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Your connection data is secured via https protocol. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Cancelling Account:
You may elect to terminate your participation in the service at any time or delete information that you have uploaded. Once deleted, the information won't be accessible to you or any other user of the service. However the information may still be present on the computer systems and ongoing data backup and archives. Record of previously used email addresses would be maintain to avoid creation of duplicate accounts after account cancellation.

Trouvr may update this policy over time. We will notify you about any significant changes to the policy by sending notice to the email address associated with your Trouvr account, or by placing prominent notice update on the Trouvr site.
